  • How to contact us

  • Secure Payment Gateways

    Our site uses SSL encryption, so all transactions are made safely and securely, and your information is always protected. You can pay with your Credit or Debit Card through Stripe. If you would like to send a bank transfer, please contact us to receive transfer information.
  • Shipping & Delivery within the US

    Within the US, we charge a flat rate that is based on quantity and weight and ship via Ground. UPS will deliver between 3-5 business days, but delays caused by factors outside of our control can happen. If you want us to use your own shipping account, please indicate that on the order notes or include it in your Purchase Order Form.
  • International Orders

    International orders outside of the US are subject to additional customs and duties charges. Average delivery times is 6-10 business days but to some countries this time could be greater than estimated. Mail delivery delays can also occur due to natural disasters related to weather, political, labor issues, etc. Internationally we work with USPS Priority International Shipping.

  • Examination Copies

    Examination (or desk) copies are processed with a 30-day invoice. Send us an e-mail or fax with your school or company affiliation, and full contact information. Audio,Video, Software, Visuals, Photocopiable Resources, Teacher Resources, and Test Materials are not available as examination copies.
  • Returns Policy

    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned materials must be in perfect, saleable condition—unmarked, unstamped, and without signs of shelf or other wear. Include a copy of our service invoice, marking titles and quantity of the items you are returning, and a reason for the return. We reserve the right to refuse, at our discretion, any returns. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs and these cannot be applied as credit. Audio, Video, Software, Visuals, Photocopiable Resources, Teacher Resources, and Test Materials cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for the same if these items are deemed defective. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Why can't I send a fax using 800 ALTA/FAX (800 258.2329)

    Faxing to 800 dedicated lines over the internet VoIP can be sometimes difficult. Faxing technology was developed to work over regular phone lines, which do not experience the same amount of delay and data loss that internet networks do. If you experience this problem, please send your fax to our direct/dedicated fax line at(760) 464.0588
